In order to identify the brands that customers in Germany are truly satisfied with, the PLUS X AWARD commissions an annual survey: exclusively for the PLUS X AWARD, the German Institute for Product and Market Evaluation surveys men and women aged 20 to 65 from all German states to find out which brands they are particularly satisfied with in various categories. This identifies the companies that, in the opinion of these consumers, keep their promises and offer high-quality products and good service. They have earned the award for the highest customer satisfaction!
