We would like to point out that our mailing system has an automatic archiving process. This means that all incoming and outgoing emails are digitally archived in an audit-proof manner for reasons of tax law (GdPdU §§ 146, 147 AO) and commercial law. Emails may be stored for up to 10 years. Emails to firstname.lastname@example.org are exempt from archiving. Our security system prevents zipped files (WinZip, WinRAR, 7Zip etc.) from being downloaded. Please be aware that application forms are not encrypted. We will assume that our response to your application email may also be unencrypted. If you do not wish for this, please notify us in your application email. We accept no liability for possible unauthorised third-party access to application forms which occurs during the transmission of unencrypted emails.
