The basket lowers automatically when the Timer starts and is raised again once the time has elapsed – ensuring consistently perfect frying results every time.
The temperature and time can be easily adjusted using the MDI knob and are visible at all times on the digital display.
The spacious 12-litre tank with a 6-litre deep-fry basket offers ample capacity for professional use.
The temperature can be adjusted electronically in 1 °C increments from 30 °C to 190 °C to suit the food being fried.
