With a 40-litre bowl in 1/1 GN format, the Pasta cooker 900 G1-40 enables large quantities to be cooked evenly - ideal for peak times in the kitchen and catering.
The 15 kW gas output ensures rapid heating, while the piezo ignition enables safe and convenient start-up.
