The kettle made of high-quality CNS 18/10 and AISI 316 stainless steel base offers maximum corrosion resistance and dimensional stability - even during Continuous operation and intensive cleaning.
With 21 kW Heating output and 100 litres Useful content, the 900 G100L gas-powered Boiling kettle enables large batches to be prepared quickly - efficiently, reliably and in an energy-saving manner.
The finely graduated temperature control via knobs enables a wide variety of dishes to be cooked with pinpoint accuracy and creates consistently perfect results.
The piezo ignition ensures safe start-up, while the IPX4 Protection class provides additional operational safety - a reliable combination of performance and protection.
Thanks to Height-adjustable feet between 855 and 900 mm, the Boiling kettle can be optimally integrated into existing work lines and operated ergonomically.
With an integrated Drain tap for safe emptying and a ½'' Water connection for convenient filling, the Boiling kettle impresses in everyday use.
The indirect heat transfer protects against burning and ensures even heat distribution - ideal for delicate food and consistent quality.
