Asia-Restaurant Koya
New kitchen building
The Asian-inspired Koya restaurants in Paderborn and Schloss Neuhaus attract a wide range of customers with their individual dishes and stylish interiors.
Following our successful remodelling of the kitchen in Schloss Neuhaus in 2019, our team has now been awarded the follow-up contract for the project in Paderborn. Many thanks at this point for the trust placed in us!
In order to keep the kitchen efficient and the processes as usual, device placements were largely retained, but brought up to the latest state of the art.
The following device variants were installed:
- Series 700 hob
- Induction cooker/woks
- Cooling
- Spülstraße
